Usage

Adults take 1 capsule 1-2 times daily with food.

decaffeinated green tea (Camellia sinensis) leaf powder, L-theanine, rice flour, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule shell) (bulking agent), stearic acid (vegetable origin), silicon dioxide (anti-caking agent).
